(BOSTON) -- Accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev made his first court appearance in his hospital bed Monday morning in connection with the blasts that killed three and wounded at least 176 last week. He is charged with using a weapon of mass destruction.
Law enforcement sources say Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, was arraigned at his hospital bed at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
Tsarnaev is listed in serious but stable condition, with wounds to the neck and throat area, according to sources.
